Equipment

  • 1 food processor

Ingredients
 
 

  • 500 ml organic sesame seeds
  • 150 ml rapeseed oil you can use less to get a thicker tahini

Instructions
 

  • Over medium heat, gently fry the sesame seeds until they turn golden.
  • Remove from heat, cool completely
  • Put in a food processor and pulse for 3-5 minutes to a paste.
  • Add oil

Notes

This tahini does not become thick which is easier and if you use less oil you get thicker tahini.
