Instructions
In a pot, boil the potatoes for 20 minutes.
Then peel them and cut into small pieces
Season to taste with salt
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes very hot, add the potato pieces and fry them until golden.
I fry in a small - 15 cm (6 inches) diameter bottom stainless steel sauce pan with approx. 400 ml rapeseed oil.
