Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 Potatoes per person
  • 400 ml Rapeseed oil for frying
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, boil the potatoes for 20 minutes.
  • Then peel them and cut into small pieces
  • Season to taste with salt
  • Heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes very hot, add the potato pieces and fry them until golden.
  • I fry in a small - 15 cm (6 inches) diameter bottom stainless steel sauce pan with approx. 400 ml rapeseed oil.
